Fenris – Thorsberg Wool Viking Pants – Brown

These wool pants are based on a Germanic original from the Thorsberg Moor in far Northern Germany dated to the 3rd to 4th century. These pants are well-suited to reenactment and costume for not only the Germanic tribes of the late classical period and the dark ages, but also for the dark age Vikings as well who likely wore similar garments. Belt loops on the waist allow for a belt to be worn to keep the pants well fitted – these will be hidden when a tunic is worn over these pants.

From Burgschneider of Germany the pants are of a wool blend fabric which is 74% wool, 15% polyester,7% polyamids and 4% miscellaneous natural fibers. One of the product photos displays the appearance of these pants when leg wraps are added to the lower leg. Leg wraps are sold and available separately and are seen among these photos solely for demonstration purposes only.
