The Del Tin 13th Century Medieval Sword is based on a famous example housed in the New York Metropolitan Museum of Art, and dated to the 2nd half of the 13th century. Features a triangular blade with a wide base tapering to a point and a fuller running 2/3 of the length. The guard is made of steel, while the pommel is solid cast bronze with Latin inscription ''Sunt hic etiam sua praecuna laudi'' (Here also are the Heralds of His Praise). The wood grip is wrapped in black leather. The unsharpened blade is made of well tempered Chrome-Vanadium steel with a hardness of 50HRC and is peened to the pommel for durability.
