A historically-inspired design, this arming sword has a slight fantasy curvature on the crossguard, looking like talons at its edges. Made in the Czech Republic for stage combat, the high carbon steel blade is thick and blunted. Despite this, the blade feels light in the hand. The blade has been peened and welded for strength and the crossguard has been welded on. The grip is tightly wrapped in dark green leather.

Please Note: The type of leather used on the grip can vary and may be either chromed, vegetable tanned or suede leather.
A scabbard is available separately for this sword. A picture link to it is to under the sword photos in the ”also available” section.

    1. Colby N.

Excellent handling, looks, and sound. This sword is well balanced, and easy to use in choreographed fighting. After a lot of light to moderate impact, the blade doesn’t have any particularly noticeable notching, though the cross-guard has a few distinct dings.
My favorite part of this sword is the sound. the welded and peened tang gives this sword a very clear and loud “TING!” sound on impact, just like they add to the soundtrack of movies.
Having used swords from other manufacturers, if I need more swords, I will definitely go with Wulflund without a moment’s hesitation.
