Forged from DNH7 High Carbon Steel, the blade bears a vivid and genuine hamon line as a testament to its traditionally executed differential tempering. Its sharp, crystalline martensite edge at 60 HRc is paired with a more resilient 40 HRc spine to cushion impacts. The saya, sculpted from wood, sports a satin-to-gloss brown lacquer finish with silver highlights, meticulously fitted to the sword.
