I got mine today 05/16/2021, it is very nice a lovely sword, very nicely made, well balanced. the hand protection is very nice, I used to fence in fencing schools with light electric rapier’s and hand protection is needed, it is a must, your hand bumps the opponent, and their point hits your bell guard all the time. With this sword your hand is very well protected, as well as the shell hilt and Venetian rappers. Better than wire wrapped versions, Because the point can go through the wire hilt versions of the sword and get your hand. The lightly padded on the inside leather scabbard is not too hard, you have to be careful taking it out and in it is a very slow process. I would recommend making a PVC or wood, or bamboo scabbard for a quick and fast draw as well as being more durable and long lasting. A very good buy I’m happy with my purchase.

Upon getting my sword. I had a couple of problems with it. The first one was that the hilt was welded on(and not very well, at least on my sword). My other issue is that the blade is crooked, holding the hilt straight, you would notice that the blade is pointing very noticeably to the left. While the weight of the blade is nice, it is very uncomfortable to hold.
