This Khukuri has a blade of Damascus Steel; the blade is vibrantly patterned with the visible burl-like pattern created by the mixing of two different steels to create Damascus. The bolster and pommel are of brass and the grip is of well polished wood. It comes with a stitched leather sheath with a belt loop and retaining strap.

The Kukuri blade is well known for being a fierce chopping blade, but some, such as this example, have tip that is up-turned enough to make it an able thrusting weapon as well; the wide tip will ensure that even a shallow wound is made quite wide in short order.

Damascus kukri Awesome overall finish. Well crafted piece. One problem though, the weld in the blade isn’t sealed properly with minor gaps in the damascus. Other than that fantastic weapon, hold up very well with abusive testing.

Another Great Knife From Devil’s Edge! A friend of mine was kind enough to buy this for me for Christmas and I was amazed with the quality of this Khukuri. First of all it looks really nice! The pattern welding on the blade and brass accents add a lot in the looks department. And as far as function goes this knife is a great example of why the Khukuri has been used for so long, and this knife can CUT! Everything I put up to this beautiful beast was effortlessly sliced with no issue. the only problem I found is the three grooves on the bottom of the handle are a little abrasive when they could’ve been sanded down on the edges to improve the ergonomics. Over all however this is one hundred percent worth all the money and then some!

A real well made knife. The pattern is beautiful, the steel is good quality, and it feels real comfortable in the hand. I’d absolutely recommend.

Very nice blade. Feels really good in the hand. The guy who mad the abrasive handle comment must have dish pan hands or something. Thing feels good, well balanced. Chops through small trees, pallets, then still takes the hair off my arm. Well made khukuri. Just buy it.
